Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your visit to Haailand Theme & Water Park and your use of our website and booking services. By booking or entering the park, you agree to them.
1. Tickets & bookings
All tickets are date-specific and valid only for the selected date unless stated otherwise. Online prices and offers may differ from gate prices.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
2. Cancellations & refunds
Online tickets can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the visit date, subject to availability. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Park rules & safety
Each ride has height, age and health requirements that must be followed for your safety. Our staff may refuse entry to a ride at their discretion.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests behaving unsafely.
4. Liability
Guests use rides and facilities at their own risk and must follow all posted instructions. Haailand is not liable for loss of personal belongings.
5. Changes
Rides and attractions may close for maintenance or weather without prior notice. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always applies.
